The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind is set to make some major changes to Bethesda’s MMORPG, with a list of planned improvements for the new expansion that rivals the exhaustive patch notes gamers often expect out of Blizzard’s World of Warcraft updates. While the biggest news coming out of Morrowind is undoubtedly the inclusion of a new class in The Elder Scrolls Online, however, many of the game’s biggest fans have stayed in Bethesda’s online world thanks to its expansive, Tolkien-esque game world and narrative....

As part of a class action settlement, Epic announced on Monday that all Fortnite and Rocket League players who purchased blind item loot boxes would be refunded with in-game currency. The games, which allowed players to buy random loot boxes, were updated in 2019 to remove this option. The class action lawsuit alleged that Epic had “violated state consumer protection laws, prevented minors from exercising their contractual disaffirmation rights, and negligently misrepresented the value of its in-game items in connection with its Fortnite and Rocket League video games....

Apple has officially announced its Apple Arcade game subscription service, which will be launching later this year on iOS, MacOS, and tvOS in 150 countries. It will offer more than 100 new and exclusive mobile games that will be available to subscribers without ads. Apple has confirmed several games that will be available with an Apple Arcade subscription. These range from major tie-ins from brands like LEGO and series like Sonic the Hedgehog and innovative games from talented indie studios....

American game developer and publisher Bungie has developed 18 games since its first title Gnop!, in 1990. Undoubtedly, its most notable creation is the Halo series. The series, in particular, Halo: Combat Evolved, helped Microsoft’s Xbox become a worthy competitor to Sony’s PlayStation and Nintendo, despite its late arrival to the gaming industry. Now that gamers have had time to settle into the new Fallout 76 content, there has been a ton of feedback. The game has taken considerable steps in the right direction, and the fact that the Wastelanders DLC was free helped to bring back in some angry players. The DLC puts 76 in the perfect spot for future free updates and even some larger paid DLC expansions, once they have finished fleshing out the base game....

Bethesda marketing executive Pete Hines reveals that he does not know when Fallout Shelter will launch on PS4, in spite of its recent Xbox One release. It’s easy to see why Fallout Shelter has been pushed towards a release on Xbox One. The title was a huge hit on mobile when it first launched in June 2015, earning a huge $5 million in its first two weeks on the market. Even though it’s been a long time since the game was first available, Bethesda is clearly confident that there will be enough interested parties to make the Xbox One launch worthwhile....

Fallout Shelter Online is an expansion of the mobile game Fallout Shelter. The game was released in China in 2017, and will be releasing internationally in the coming months. In addition to the Vault-Boy-style graphics of Fallout Shelter, Fallout Shelter Online includes Hero Cards, which feature amazing illustrations of important NPCs from various Fallout games. However, while this new art is a great new look at some favorite characters, some of the female supporting characters bear little resemblance to their in-game appearances....

Far Cry Primal tops the best selling games list for February 2016, beating Street Fighter 5, but hardware sales suffer a huge decline in the NPD Group’s latest report. Set in pre-historic times, Far Cry Primal ditches the series’ vehicles and modern weaponry for spears, clubs, bows, and animal companions. However, while the game’s pre-historic gameplay had many intrigued, there were concerns that Primal was just a re-skin of Far Cry 4 (the fact that the two games seem to share a map also raised eyebrows)....
