Meanwhile, Cliff rockets back to Earth, and vows endlessly to kill the Chief, who is seeking answers in the Yukon, and Rita decides to shadow the Cloverton beekeeper for her community theater role....

BioWare recently unveiled a brand new look at Dragon Age 4 at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2020, confirming that it will focus on “what happens when you don’t have power.” After a brief introduction from BioWare creative director Casey Hudson, the mini-documentary-style making-of trailer went around to producers, programmers, voice actors, and more. It focused on the team behind Dragon Age 4 as much as it did on the game itself, highlighting that blockbuster games are created by teams spanning hundreds of people, as opposed to being products you can tie to a single creator....

Following this weekend’s Battlefield 4 outing through a Medal of Honor: Warfighter pre-order advertisement, EA and DICE’s element of surprise in releasing any “official” announcement regarding the shooter’s existence was whittled down to zero - despite swiftly replacing the squib in a matter of minutes. Nonetheless, Electronic Arts has now confirmed that Battlefield 4 is in development. In fact they did so by verifying the aforementioned Battlefield 4 beta keys, available in pre-orders of Warfighter’s “Limited Edition....

There’s no denying that Battlefield 3’s multiplayer is the more sought after experience than its single player. Sure, there are some really fantastic moments contained within the single player, but it ultimately pales in comparison to getting with a few friends and driving a tank. But, according to Electronic Arts, the single player is still an important part of Battlefield 3. Without it, EA feels that many gamers who might be unfamiliar with Battlefield, perhaps Call of Duty fans, wouldn’t have any way of getting in to the game....

Now, as we all know, it’s not easy to keep a secret in the gaming industry these days. Rabid leakers and dataminers are lurking in the bushes outside developers’ offices everywhere, just waiting to discover something juicy and share it with the world. Remember when dataminers found supposed evidence of all those games that were considered for the ill-fated PlayStation Classic?...

For those players that can’t get enough of the Souls-like genre, Eldest Souls may be exactly what they need. Though it was initially only planned to launch for PC and Nintendo Switch, developer Fallen Flag Studio recently confirmed that the title will be making its way onto PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X at launch as well. The game is still set to release in Q2 of 2021, so excited players will have to wait a bit to get their hands on it....

Paramount+ delivers not only temptation, with an Evil season 3 teaser trailer, but leads to an original sin. The teaser even licks a finger to make it easier to turn the page in The Pop-Up Book of Terrifying Things MMXXI, the fairy tale hardcover which opened each episode of season 2. For the uninitiated and pre-ordained, Evil explores the dividing line between science and religion. Like The X Files before it, the series mixes monster-of-the-week mayhem with an underlying storyline which continues to pierce dark forces of human and superhuman making....

While Cyberpunk 2077 has had more than its fair share of technical trouble, the game is graphically impressive when running on PCs. That fact alone makes it a bit baffling to see it running on the Aya Neo, which is approximately the size and shape of the Nintendo Switch, just with the power of a gaming PC. Of course, there isn’t anything as hulking as an Nvidia RTX 30-Series card in the device, but it does still pack a punch relative to its size, similar to what one would find in a mid-spec gaming laptop....

Chris Hemsworth’s latest movie Extraction is on the way to setting a new Netflix record. The action movie, which released exclusively on the streaming service on April 24, is projected to become Netflix’s biggest movie premiere ever. Netflix predicts that 90 million households will watch Extraction over its first four weeks. If it manages to achieve this, the movie will have easily surpassed the previous title holder, 6 Underground. In its first four weeks, Michael Bay’s 6 Underground had been watched by 83 million people, so if Extraction is on track to hit 90 million, Hemsworth’s latest would soundly surpass the old record....

CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed months ago, and as of March the developers are sticking to a September 17 release despite working from home due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The highly-anticipated AAA title has apparently had a big effect on the official launch of Wube Software’s construction management game Factorio, which will be coming out five weeks early to avoid conflicting with Cyberpunk 2077. The Factorio developers announced Friday they are pulling the release date for version 1....

Developer Bethesda reveals its plans to announce news about Fallout 4’s mod tools for the post-apocalyptic RPG’s PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions ‘soon’. According to a recent reply to a Fallout 4 fan’s inquiry of when the open world title’s console ports will support mod tools, developer Bethesda said via the game’s official Twitter account that an announcement on the matter is forthcoming, and folks should “stay tuned.” However, the developer failed to provide an exact time or date as to when such news would occur, ostensibly to generate hype for the Fallout 4 feature’s addition....

Attack on Titan may already have an official video game tie-in, but not every fan of the franchise is willing to shell out $60 to defend themselves from a never-ending onslaught of gigantic titans. This may be exactly why one dedicated fan is working to create an unofficial fan-made Attack on Titan game that follows a similar vein, with players donning the role of manga protagonist Erin as he hacks and slashes at titan napes within Wall Maria....

Last year, EndeavorRX became the first-ever video game to gain FDA approval for use as a medical treatment. Right now its only indication is for children between the ages of eight and 12 with ADHD, but one doctor thinks it could help improve cognitive function seen in many COVID-19 patients. According to a recent interview with The Verge, Faith Gunning –a neuropsychologist at Weill Cornell Medicine – stated there are many similarities between symptoms the game is known to treat and symptoms of COVID-19 patients with lingering cognitive impairments....

The twisting and turning second half of Fear the Walking Dead season 6 continues with “Things Left to Do,” which says goodbye to yet another main cast member, although few viewers will likely mourn her. Virginia, one of the series’ most uniquely deranged big bads, has breathed her final breath at the hands of June, whose husband, John Dorie, was murdered by Dakota (Virginia’s daughter, not sister) last week....

We’d recommend restarting your console to see if you can connect.] Late Saturday night, the Destiny servers went down, in the midst of the last weekend of Trials of Osiris. Thus far, Bungie has not commented on the outage, but it appears to be across both PS4 and Xbox One. The incident occurred around 9pm PT and knocked anyone that was online in Destiny to the start screen, after a brief error message....

The wait for the Destroy All Humans remake is almost over. Soon, Crypto the alien will touch down on Earth and restart his destruction on the world. Only six days away from the release, fans are given a taste of the Saucer weapons in a new trailer. The remake is based on the classic shooter that released in 2005 for PlayStation 2 and Xbox originally. The remake will follow the same story as the classic but will have more content than the original Destroy All Humans....

Detroit: Become Human is an incredibly dynamic and story-rich game in which each decision can mean life or death for major characters, completely shaping the destiny of humans and androids within the world as they know it (but no pressure, right?). Each character has a vastly different path that exists within chaos and Kara has the added pressure of keeping a child alive throughout hers. A single poor choice made in a split decision moment or a wrong button pressed within a quick time event can mean the worst (or the best) for both Kara and Alice....
