Targeting a 2021 release window, there’s a real chance this may be the next-generation debut for the EDF series. No specific platform was mentioned, but its reveal on the PlayStation Blog Japan makes me believe it will be a PS5 title....
Cyberpunk 2077 may be in the rearview mirror - at least until it can get itself sorted out on consoles - but there’s zero indication of the cyberpunk genre itself slowing down. Encodya - from developer Chaosmonger Studio - takes a spin at the genre through a point-and-click adventure. Although some of the story beats and puzzles are a bit too convenient, Encodya offers up a heartfelt narrative that is worth playing for any fan of point-and-click adventures....

Nintendo certainly knows how to cultivate the indie market. With the surprise announcement of an Indie Direct happening this week, Nintendo absolutely brought the goods when it came to reveals. There were a few surprises that nobody saw coming, the most exciting being a co-op expansion for Untitled Goose Game, as well as a lot of shadow drops for games on the Switch. Maybe it’s not updates on Breath of the Wild 2 or whatever is happening with Metroid Prime 4, but I’ll take it....

Far Cry 2 was a particularly formative game for the Far Cry franchise back when it released in 2008. For far too long, Star Wars: Battlefront III made headlines about being in and out of development at various studios but ultimately every version of is was canceled.
