The community’s extreme commitment to the game is a major part of why DOTA 2 and other MOBAs (like Heroes of the Storm) make such great e-sports entertainment. Hidden Path Entertainment studio revealed that it is working on a major project in the Dungeons & Dragons franchise. The studio is known for the Defence Grid series, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and the Witchblood and Brass Tactics VR games. For now, the studio is hiring specialists to develop an open-world third-person triple-A RPG in a D&D setting. Hidden Path is seeking graphics programmers and technical artists for the new project to ensure it’s a “visual experience of the highest quality....

Despite having a powerful presence during Microsoft’s E3 press conference which revealed a new trailer and confirmed the post-apocalyptic title’s setting, Fallout 76 managed to give a yet another impressive performance during Bethesda’s E3 press conference. This time, however, Bestheda’s Todd Howard managed to give fans key details about the upcoming action role-playing title. As seen below, Fallout 76 aims to impress with a reveal that the protagonist is awaiting Reclamation Day when the vault dwellers are set to emerge into the wasteland after 25 years underground....

Bounty Battle, the ultimate 2D fighting game with combatants from all over the indie video game world, is now out digitally for Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One & PC. Retail versions of the game, including a limited Signature Edition, are scheduled for an August 2020 release. Bounty Battle allows 1-4 players to choose from 30 indie heroes from over 20 indie video games to battle it out with across battle arenas from the heroes’ homeworlds....

Unsealed documents from a 2012 court case reportedly show how Facebook knowingly targeted children with what was internally described as “friendly fraud.” The term describes when children spend money on games without their parents’ knowledge or permission. One memo even states, “Friendly Fraud - what it is, why it’s challenging, and why you shouldn’t try to block it.” The lawsuit claimed that Facebook intentionally made it difficult, if not impossible, to pursue a legal refund for such charges....

Following the nuclear holocaust, the caps 0f Nuka Cola bottles became a de-facto currency among the survivors. However, although Bottlecaps are the new currency, players can still find Pre-War money in Fallout 76....

Despite releasing the free Wastelanders content update for Fallout 76, it would seem that Bethesda has introduced a new batch of game breaking bugs along with it. According to reports from a number of players, some of the NPC companions from the Wastelanders update are stealing their weapons and ammo if they are dead. In other words, if a player is unfortunate enough to be killed next to an NPC, there is a chance that that NPC will steal the dead player’s equipment and use it for themselves without the option to take it back....

The latest update focuses on a variety of things, including account security, social features, and some interesting details about Fallout 76’s now-over Fasnacht Seasonal Event. The new security feature is Multi-Factor Authentication, helping to put hacking worries to ease.
