A new Diablo game has been announced, developed by NetEase in partnership with Blizzard and it’s exclusive to mobile devices. Diablo Immortal is an MMO ARPG described as a game that can be played by anyone, anywhere they please. Diablo Immortal will recreate the franchise’s traditional multiplayer point and click action gameplay with optimizations for mobile touchscreen controls. It may not be the Diablo fans were expecting, but could potentially keep fans entertained until Diablo 4’s eventual release....

Disney theme parks have lost $1 billion because of COVID-19, the company revealed in a financial call. Disneyland and Disney World have been closed since March, though that didn’t stop one Florida man from trying to quarantine on Disneyland’s Discovery Island. Disney has confirmed that its earnings dropped by 63% in the fiscal second quarter. The company said that it has lost $1.4 billion and that $1 billion had come from the closure of its parks....

Warning: contains spoilers for every multi-Doctor story on TV. However, it’s not as simple as that. All of these stories revel in nostalgia, and even the romp of ‘The Five Doctors’ has a twist long-standing character from the Doctor’s past turn out to be the main antagonist while adding to Time Lord mythology. There’s not really a straightforward binary to divide them with. Even ‘The Two Doctors’, which isn’t an anniversary story or celebration, impacts on the show’s mythology (albeit due to a continuity issue that got explained by adding a hidden season onto the Second Doctor era, after his final story ‘The War Games’)....

Initially released as a PC and Xbox One exclusive, the critically-acclaimed Cuphead has just become available on PlayStation 4, giving a whole new group of players the chance to experience its unique art style and striking difficulty. While many of these new fans will prefer to take on Cuphead solo, others may wish to enjoy the title with their friends, leaving them to wonder if online multiplayer is available. To get right to the matter at hand, players cannot start an online multiplayer session of Cuphead on PS4 through the game itself....

In this modern era of DLC and digital add-ons for titles, it only makes sense that an expansion pack for a particular game would require said game be owned and installed. One wouldn’t expect Doom Eternal’s “The Ancient Gods” DLC to be standalone because it relies so heavily on content created for the main game. Surprisingly, that’s not how developer id Software views this upcoming expansion. Speaking to PCGamesN, id’s Marty Stratton has confirmed that players will not need to own Doom Eternal should they wish to partake in the continued adventures of the Doom Slayer....

Fall Guys has revealed that Doomguy is indeed coming to the game via a silhouette tease on Twitter that wasn’t very well thought through. As soon as Fall Guys launched earlier this year and generated more hype than you can shake Big Yeetus at, other franchises wanted in. The Toronto Ultra Call of Duty Tournament is scheduled to kick off on March 1st and 2nd with 36 teams competing for a cash prize of $100,000. The two-day tournament will feature Call of Duty professionals and popular streamers battling out Warzone matches in teams of three. Unfortunately, one popular Call of Duty streamer is not allowed to participate in the tournament. Zack “ZLaner” Lane has confirmed that longtime streamer Dr Disrespect will not be allowed to enter the Toronto Ultra Call of Duty Tournament....

Popular streamer Dr DisRespect has revealed his final 3D design for “The Arena,” the map he created for the free-to-play multiplayer shooter Rogue Company. The streamer, who made his comeback on YouTube earlier this month after being permanently banned from Twitch in June, has been working on the new map for the past few days as part of a partnership with the game, which is currently in a closed beta....

Back in 2009, BioWare released Dragon Age: Origins, which was born out of the success of the studio’s Mass Effect franchise. However, one of the primary reasons that made Dragon Age: Origins an instant hit is its embodiment of Mass Effect’s best features applied in a fantasy setting. With Dragon Age 4 in development, players are hoping the sequel may finally wrap up some of the series’ biggest unsolved mysteries. The original Dragon Ball’s penultimate arc, the Cell saga is quite the fan favorite among western fans. This is the story arc that introduced Future Trunks, gave Gohan Super Saiyan 2 along with making him the main character, and even sidelined Goku in order to give ample focus to character like Piccolo and Vegeta. In the Earthlings get to interact quite often with the main action, something they hadn’t done since the fight with Nappa all the way back in the Saiyan saga....

Dragon Quest Builders 2 has always been a fantastic video game, but it’s received somewhat of a resurgence of late thanks to an appearance on Xbox consoles and Game Pass. It is, however, a dauntingly complicated and long adventure, but like any good game, it’s easier with a few tips to get you started. Any fans of the RPG genre looking to play something new should give this game a try, and even outside of Game Pass there is also an extended demo to first try which carries over user data to the main game....

Both DreamHack Dallas and DreamHack Summer have both postponed until later this year, with little surprise and following the precautionary trend set by most major esports events. The decision has been made following the ongoing concerns of a spreading Covid-19, and as a result of postponement, DreamHack Masters will no longer be co-hosted at DreamHack Summer. DreamHack Dallas was set to take place between May 22-24, with its new date set for August 14-16 at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas....

Natsume has finally revealed the Collector’s Edition of Harvest Moon: One World for the Nintendo Switch and PS4. Although the pandemic delayed the release of the game until March 2, 2021, farming simulator fans will now be able to pre-order the Harvest Moon: One World Collector’s Edition via Limited Run Games or the Limited Edition via NIS America.
