Blizzard is taking its time revealing the last two release classes for Diablo 4. For all fans know, that could be because it has a couple brand new classes in the works and wants to make sure they’re as impressive as possible once they’re revealed. However, it’s just as plausible that Diablo 4 will exclusively feature returning classes, and that Blizzard is biding its time to build up hype for the possibilities....
With Electronic Arts now completely in control of all core Star Wars games moving forward, they can follow one of three paths. They can ignore all the LucasArts creations that have come before them and make completely new games, they can revive old Star Wars franchises (Battlefront, Republic Commando, Tie Fighter), or they can make new games and revive old franchises. Obviously, door number 3 is the preferable option, because it allows Electronic Arts the freedom to use Star Wars as they see fit while also pleasing die-hard fans....
There is a great Stephen King movie out this fall, and sadly it’s not It Chapter Two. Instead it’s Doctor Sleep, an adaptation of King’s 2013 novel that was heralded as a sequel to his early masterpiece The Shining. The book itself–a story about the adult version of Danny Torrance battling demons both personal and supernatural–was met with mixed reviews. Whether readers and critics were expecting a more direct follow-up to the original novel is unclear....

This particular Dreams creation is especially notable due to the high level of detail packed in to make up a highly realistic-looking environment. That doesn’t mean that campaigns have to stay on an indefinite pause though. It’s hard to believe, but the Dynasty Warriors series is now 20 years old. Appearing on multiple generations of consoles since the PS1, the series has morphed from being a generic fighting game to a wild power fantasy and remains one of the few series to embrace thousands of NPCs on screen at once. After teasing something big back in February of this year, series producer Akihiro Suzuki dropped some hints that multiple games will be coming this year....
The official E3 Twitter account issued an apology after sharing an article containing sexist content. The initial tweet immediately sparked controversy, containing a list of “games for women” dominated by free-to-play mobile games like Bejeweled and Sudoku and diminishing language, including the phrase “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Am I right, ladies?” Four hours after the tweet went live, E3 removed it, and apologized to the community, promising that it would “do better” in the future....

The fourth game in EA’s UFC video game series is due to be released on the 14th of August 2020. Instead of the yearly release schedule like Electronic Arts’ other sports games titles such as FIFA, NHL, and NFL, the developers took two years to build a better game. Naturally, one of the most important features in a game that is centered around the sport of mixed martial arts is a good roster of fighters new and old to choose from....

Destiny 2 players were treated with a brand new gameplay trailer for Beyond Light that featured closer looks at some of the expansion’s upcoming new abilities. The reveal happened during the Xbox Games Showcase livestream where Bungie also confirmed that Destiny 2 and all its expansions will be available on Xbox Game Pass in the fall. In 2018, the World Health Organization plans on updating its International Classification of Diseases for the first time since 1990 by publishing the ICD-11. As it turns out, the ICD-11 will officially recognize excessive gaming as a mental health disorder, similarly to alcohol or substance abuse. The wording of the gaming disorder as it will appear in the ICD-11 has yet to be finalized.
