During Microsoft’s E3 2019 Showcase, a brand new trailer was shown for Techland’s Dying Light 2, introducing the new central protagonist Aiden, and confirming that Dying Light 2 will be released in Spring 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Dying Light 2 takes place in the last great human settlement following a viral outbreak that plunged the world into the dark ages, leaving it infested with zombies that roam the world at night....

E3 2019 is right around the corner, and it’s during the show that gamers can expect to see some of the year’s biggest announcements and reveals. E3 is full of surprises every year, and even with Sony skipping E3 2019, this year’s show has potential to make huge waves in the gaming industry. With the E3 2019 festivities starting on June 8 with EA Play, we decided to put together our predictions for what we will see at the show....

EA doesn’t have the best reputation among gamers, ranking as the fifth most hated company in the U.S. despite the fact that it’s responsible for publishing some of gaming’s greatest hits. Apparently, the fact hasn’t gone unnoticed, as one EA head is now reporting that the company is well aware of its reputation. Matt Bilbey, who works as EA’s EVP of Strategic Growth, sat down for an interview recently and discussed the company’s reputation....

Since EA’s deal with Disney to use the Star Wars license was cemented back in 2013, the company has gone on to release a number of significant tie-ins. Multiplayer behemoths Star Wars: Battlefront and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 were likely the biggest, releasing in 2015 and 2017 respectively, while the company’s most recent release was the ship-based shooter Star Wars Squadrons, which landed earlier this month. It seems the publisher is far from done developing new entries in the coveted sci-fi universe, however, with a new job listing confirming that another Star Wars action game is in development....

Developer Bethesda officially announces that the console mods for Fallout 4 are set to release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One within the next two months. Today, in order to promote the launch of Fallout 4’s Creation Kit in an open beta for PC players, Bethesda’s development team has put out a brand new video highlighting several features of what can be accomplished with the official mod tools. Perhaps even more exciting, though, is the additional announcement from the studio revealing that Fallout 4’s supported console mods will be available on the Xbox One starting in May, and the PlayStation 4 in June....

In Fallout 76, the Scorched have taken over as the Ghouls in the series. After the Great War, the people of West Virginia were exposed to a sickness that turned them in the creatures seen in the game – the Scorched.
