Santa Claus has made his list and checked it twice, and as is evidenced in YouTuber Tyrannicon’s new Fallout 4 video, Kris Kringle won’t just be finding out who’s naughty or nice, but he also intends on punishing those who misbehave with his power armor suit and candy cane mini-gun....

Vault-Tec, the vault building company of the past, present, and apocalypse, has put together another update for Fallout Shelter survivors on both iOS and Android. Available to download today, players will soon see a handful of quality-of-life changes and bug fixes made to the free-to-play shelter simulation game. On top of that comes the all new Survival Mode, a step up in difficulty for those who have already dominated Normal Mode....

Among all of the other facets of each game, villains are typically the centerpieces of Far Cry games, at least in their current framework. Far Cry 3 emphasized this the most, with the now-iconic villain Vaas alongside the more stereotypical Hoyt. Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 5 leaned into the “insanity” much more with Pagan Min and the Seed family, respectively. One of the most exciting things about the Detective Pikachu film and its numerous trailers so far is seeing each new Pokemon shown for the first time. The film’s unique 3D art style that braves the realistic side of the uncanny valley is equally impressive and unsettling. It seems like Warner Bros. has noticed how excited fans are seeing all of Detective Pikachu’s Pokemon and has cut to the chase. The latest Detective Pikachu “Casting” trailer features over 30 different Pokemon, many previously unseen....

Most of the unlockable content in Devil May Cry 5 revolves around unlocking new abilities for the three playable characters or upgrading their health and Devil Trigger meters. However, there are five alternate costumes Devil May Cry 5 players can unlock as well, on top of any pre-order bonus costumes they may have. First, to check what costumes have already been unlocked and to equip them, players need to head to Nico’s shop in the mission select screen (changing costumes mid-mission at Nico’s shop is not an option)....

The roller coaster of emotions that fans of Diablo 3 have experienced over the past several months is not surprising, considering all that has been put forth by Blizzard. The highly anticipated reboot/sequel to 1974’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre has already hit a major snag, as it just lost its directors only a single week into production. Brothers Andy and Ryan Tohill, who grew in popularity after directing the 2018 thriller The Dig, left the sequel project over creative differences after only being hired back in February. Following a turbulent few days where Legendary Pictures, the company financing the film, was reportedly unsatisfied with the direction production was going, the brothers Tohill departed the project to be swiftly replaced by Texas director David Blue Garcia....

Racer Dirt 5 has collaborated with the UK charity Calm to raise awareness around mental health. The game offers a free livery in its Update 2.00 to encourage its fan base to talk openly about these issues. A 20-second trailer revealed the Calm livery which shows off the new Porsche 924 GTS Rallye skin. The livery features a blue, orange, and black design with the charity’s name on the side. Various stickers over the car read “United against suicide," and “Got your back no matter what," acting as a reminder that we are not alone in times of need....

Every choice in Dishonored 2 can deeply impact the course of events, forcing players to finish the game a couple times to experience all of its content. In a recent interivew Arkane Studios co-founder Harvey Smith dished on the importance of choices in Dishonored 2 and how they affect the game. Because content is so reliant on the choices players make, it would be impossible to see and do everything unless they’ve played through the game more than once; at the very least....

After Fortnite players complete the season 9 week 10 challenges, which include visiting public service signs, calling in air strikes, and dealing damage with shotguns, they will be rewarded the loading screen seen above. It’s the standard operating procedure to check these loading screens for secret battle stars, as every week gave players the secret, free Battle Pass tier in prior seasons. However, this went out the window when developer Epic Games began alternating secret battle stars with secret banners in the past two seasons....

The year is 2036, and the U.S. military is on a peacekeeping mission in Eastern Europe where a warlord named Viktor Koval (Pilou Asbaek) is trying to get his hands on a stockpile of Russian nuclear weapons so that he can destabilize the world by aiming them at major international cities....

Doom Eternal brings back everything fans love about the storied first-person shooter franchise, including hordes of ferocious demons. Many of them are redesigns of classic monsters from the original titles, while others are brand new. The lightweight demons are cannon fodder, but a small handful are forces to be reckoned with. Despite the Doom Slayer’s impressive arsenal, most of the beasts listed below, from least strongest to the most powerful, make quick work of the legendary warrior if players are careless....

Dragon Age 4 is currently in development at BioWare, promising a new protagonist with “no magic hand” or “ancient prophecies” to rely on. All the while, Solas, the Dread Wolf, begins executing his plan to merge the material world and the realm of magic once more. A new teaser trailer was released at The Game Awards 2020, showing off a city which seems to feature heavily in the next chapter of the fantasy franchise....

Super Saiyan is virtually synonymous with Dragon Ball at this point. The entire Frieza arc centers itself on the idea of a Super Saiyan rising up to defeat the galactic tyrant. Frieza himself is motivated by a fear of the legendary Super Saiyan, a prophetic warrior who would surely put an end to Frieza’s reign of terror. Dragon Ball teases whether or not Goku, Vegeta, or Gohan are the legendary Super Saiyan, ultimately settling on Goku....

Bandai Namco has delayed sign-ups for the highly anticipated Dragon Ball FighterZ Closed Beta. When Dragon Ball FighterZ producer Tomoko Hiroki was brought on-stage during EVO 2017, fans of the game were expecting something special. Rather than the announcement of Closed Beta dates, however, they got dates for the sign-ups. Now with that delayed, Bandai Namco knows they have to deliver. To help calm those worries, Bandai Namco did provide a reasonable argument for delaying the sign-ups....
