Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane is developing a reboot of Revenge of the Nerds at 20th Century Studios. Joining MacFarlane in the effort to revive the 1984 comedy film will be 22 Jump Street stars and identical twins Keith and Kenny Lucas. Blizzard Entertainment delighted fans with the official Diablo 2: Resurrected announcement during BlizzConline. The game is coming in 2021, and players can participate in its two alpha playtests before launch. Dragon Age 4 has big shoes to fill. Hasbro’s Entertainment One has just signed a first-look agreement with Jeremy Latcham. He’ll be working on the studio’s recently delayed film adaptation of Dungeons and Dragons. Jeremy Latcham hails from the MCU, having worked on some of the series’ most popular titles, including Iron Man, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Guardians of the Galaxy. He served as Marvel’s SVP of Production and Development for 13 years before moving on to pursue other projects....

Like many other online games, Fortnite is the target of cheaters who look to ruin the experience for other players. Epic Games takes cheating in Fortnite very seriously, to the point where it has pursued legal action against cheaters. Epic is now continuing with a lawsuit against one particular 14-year-old cheater, known as CR, for using cheats to “unlawfully modify” Fortnite. Epic’s lawsuit against 14-year-old CR also points out that the individual runs multiple YouTube channels that he uses to promote and distribute cheat software to other Fortnite players....
We can credit Ken Sugimori for designing all 151 Pokémon of the first generation. He would later use teams to come up with designs, but he still plays a significant part in finalizing them. According to Ken Sugimori, “What I actually do is take something cool and make it less cool. [laughs].” His thought process seems to work since Pokémon is one of gaming’s most prominent franchises. Many of Pokémon’s designs are based on animals or inanimate objects....
Persona 5 Strikers offers a new experience to all, even Persona fans, as the game is a cross-over between P-Studio and the creators of Dynasty Warriors, Omega Force. As such, the game loses its turn-based battle and instead features an action-RPG battle experience. This week’s issue of Famitsu Magazine (archived courtesy of Ryokutya2089) has revealed that Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition’s “Future Connected” epilogue will be roughly 10-12 hours in length. That will account for just the story portion as doing side quests could double that time. A rough translation of an interview with Monolith Soft president Tetsuya Takahashi (provided by Siliconera) reveals a few other details, as well. According to him, this remaster exists because he felt bad about the character graphics in the original Wii version....
