ESL has officially revamped its Season 11 of its CS:GO Pro League in consideration for the attending and participating players in the organization’s tournament run and its future games during the Season 11 Pro League. Season 11 of the ESL Pro League will be played online to ensure safe, competitive gaming and riskless participation. ESL has given the competitive run a fresh set of changes. Season 11 of the ESL Pro League will be staged on a more comfortable platform this year, with all of the matches being performed online....

Elder Scrolls Online is up and running on PS4 after hitting a few snags during routine maintenance earlier this week. To make up for the lost time, ESO is extending the Anniversary Jubilee event to April 15 on all platforms. If you’re playing on PS4 or PS5, you’ll also notice a few adjustments to your daily login rewards. ZeniMax Online Studios is swapping a few prominent items so you don’t miss out on rewards due to the login disruption....

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has been rating video games since September of 1994. The rating board has worked diligently at creating a transparent environment around games to help parents decide which video games are suitable. Over time the ESRB has updated and changed its ratings to evolve with the times. At one point the board changed from a KA (kids to adult) rating to an E for everyone rating to help clarify things....

Franchise protagonists are often thrown into hardships beyond most people’s wildest dreams. Whether it be a zombie apocalypse or a race against time to save the world, video game’s central characters have been through unimaginable predicaments since they were first pixelized. And perhaps no gaming franchise has seen more characters go through heavier hardship, anguish, and literal nightmare conditions than Silent Hill. Silent Hill is an apex of the psychological horror genre and has spanned across several generations of gaming, first hitting the original PlayStation in 1999....

In a few days, Baldur’s Gate 3’s early access is finally set to release after two delays. Of course, the forthcoming release of the game’s early access has fans of both Dungeons and Dragons and previous games in the Baldur’s Gate franchise excited given that Baldur’s Gate 3 is expected to be one of this year’s biggest roleplaying games. It is worth noting that Baldur’s Gate 3 is just the beginning of many exciting things coming to Dungeons and Dragons video games....

One of the most genius aspects of Fall Guys is the design of the beans, as they are cute enough to be mascots, and their design is liquid enough to easily be adapted for different themes and costumes....

Fallout 4’s first DLC, Automatron, is robot centric and although it doesn’t pack quite as many new quests as consumers may have hoped, it more than makes up for it with the robot workbench. Fallout 4 is a massive game that packs in enough content to keep creative players busy for hundreds of hours, but that isn’t going to stop fans from picking up a season’s pass worth of add-on content....

When it comes to DLC announcements, game publishers are in a “damned if they do, damned if they don’t” type of situation. If the company announces DLC too early, then many see it as an admission that some content was held back from the main game. Announce DLC too late, however, and the company runs the risk of gamers losing interest, either because they returned the game or because they simply have moved on....

In their weekly update, Bungie announces that a December patch is coming to Destiny that will give new purpose and utility to Etheric Light and Wormspore. If players have come to expect anything from Destiny, it’s that the game’s developer Bungie will regularly modify, add, tweak, and subtract from the game through frequent patches. There have been numerous changes made to Destiny’s economy, and with each expansion new forms of currency have been added....

Ever since its launch in September, Destiny has firmly cemented its place as one of the most contentious triple-A releases around. Some praise the game’s addictive gameplay and multiplayer experiences, while others criticize the game for its perceived lack of content and threadbare story. For the latter group, Destiny is likely beyond saving, but for the former there is still room to improve. Whether it be new features, more gameplay experiences, or just some basic weapon tweaks, Bungie has tried to ensure their community that they are dedicated to making Destiny better....

Activision Blizzard stood on stage at BlizzCon 2018 and delivered shocking news to the Diablo fanbase. Following the completion of Dishonored’s second entry in 2016, many were waiting with bated breath to see where the hugely beloved stealth-action series would travel to next. However, with the Death of the Outsider DLC completing the storyline, many quickly realized that more Dishonored wasn’t on the cards anytime soon. Given its premise, pretty much anything could happen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the upcoming Doctor Strange sequel that sees Strange messing with the Time Stone in a post-Loki MCU. Maybe that’s why any concrete details about the Sam Raimi film are both so precious and also so precarious. In Strange’s Multiverse, reality—and therefore canon—is a bit more malleable. That being said, merch is forever, so you better believe we’re side-eying what appears to be some official Marvel tie-in toy teasing a Doctor Strange antagonist who has recently popped up elsewhere in the MCU…...
