E3’s Twitter account has given away the hosts of this year’s digital-only show, including Greg Miller, Jacki Jing, and Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez. Co-founder and CEO of Kinda Funny, Greg Miller is no stranger to video games and has plenty of experience hosting various podcasts and livestream performances. Publisher Electronic Arts declares the rivalry between its upcoming World War I shooter Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare to be a “fun competition.” When asked about the rivalry between Electronic Arts’ Battlefield 1 and Activision’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare during an interview with the outlet GamesIndustry.biz, EA’s global publishing boss Laura Miele stated that it’s just a “healthy” contest between the two titan shooter franchises, and not much more than that....

It took a while, but here we are. Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hideaki Anno’s genre-defying (and genre-defining) opus is finally coming to Blu-ray in English-speaking territories. That said, there’s a catch. It’s only available in the UK. Yes, in a move that surprises anyone who hasn’t been following the fraught history of localizing Evangelion, this new release won’t be coming from a US distributor. In October of this year, EverQuest announced the beta and preorder phase for the grand MMORPG’s 27th expansion, Claws of Veeshan. The latest announcement to be released for the 21-year old video game has revealed the Claws of Veeshan’s release date, currently scheduled for December 8, 2020. Nintendo has developed a reputation for bringing bright, colorful, and quirky IPs to the table. The likes of the Pikmin and Splatoon series are just so inherently Nintendo. So, too, are the utterly madcap WarioWare games. The portly antihero’s adventures are entirely different from those starring Mario (not that Super Mario doesn’t have some bizarre moments itself) and this franchise is the epitome of that. ScriptKid made a detailed video showing off his process from start to finish. To ensure that the software would be found by would-be cheaters, ScriptKid paid Google to ensure that his free program would appear at the top of searches for “Free CS:GO cheats”....
Fall Guys has revealed the theme for its upcoming fourth season will be Fall Guys 4041, and it’s having a crown giveaway to celebrate. Bungie officially announced Destiny’s second year of Moments of Triumph, a collection of challenges to complete in-game for unique rewards including emblems and shaders. Every year, on July 7th, we celebrate Bungie Day, a tradition that started by Bungie’s community years ago, and has grown to be a special day that the developer takes to celebrate those who play its games. Last year, Bungie introduced Moments of Triumph to Destiny, which tasked Destiny fans with completing a number of Year 1 activities, and rewarded them with a special emblem to mark their accomplishments....
The jack-of-all-trades class in Diablo 3 has been the Monk since day one and it hasn’t tapered off since. Existing somewhere in between the realm of tank, caster, healer, and utility, the Monk is one of those classes you play when you don’t know what you want to play… or when you want to play everything at the same time. All that said, it’s illuminating to look at community stats and see which moves, items, and runes have resulted in higher success rates in the most difficult rifts....
Diablo 3 is completely revamping Followers in the new PTR 2.7.0, not only making them more useful, but potentially changing how high you can climb in Solo Greater Rifts and farm materials throughout the next Season. This is fascinating news because since Diablo 3 first launched in 2012, Followers have remained largely unchanged, and such a big fundamental shift is both welcome and sure to mix things up. This is not to say that Followers have not had their uses until now, as you get a nice boost in damage and survivability during the leveling process while using the Templar, the Scoundrel, or the Enchantress, but it is no secret that their power drops off significantly in the endgame due to a lack of scaling and the ridiculous power spikes your character gains from class set bonuses....
The Dishonored series is one of the best stealth-action franchises, with the first game being a really stand-out entry. The Dishonored games are known for their high level of detail, polish, and refinement, especially when it comes to explorable locations. The first game in particular is made up of some intricate locations from houses to docks to factories. One of the best locations in the first Dishonored is The Hound Pits Pub....
With Dishonored: Death of the Outsider having just launched, players everywhere are loading up the standalone expansion and stepping back into the shoes of an assassin. In the latest DLC by Arkane Studios, Dishonored fans will be playing as former Whaler assassin Billie Lurk, and it seems like the additional content will contain a handful of references for the more experienced of gamers to pick up on. During a sequence of Dishonored: Death of the Outsider’s third mission, players are able to find their way onto the roof of the bank where a tribute to FromSoftware’s beloved Dark Souls series can be seen....
