Movie Five Finding the Digimon Adventure tri. movies enjoyable is really going to hinge on whether you like Meiko as a character or not. For everyone who hasn’t caught my previous reviews of this series, I don’t. I feel like she’s a waste of time that we could be using to focus on our other characters. I’m not opposed to adding new characters (I think Himekawa especially is fascinating) but Meiko just eats up so much time that our team feels like an after thought....

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut has had its ban overturned, and can now be sold on consoles in Australia. The game had previously been denied classification because of its content, which features heavy drug and alcohol abuse, although the game does focus on the consequences of these actions, rather than glorifying them. The original Disco Elysium, which released in 2018, had no issues going on sale in Australia, and was widely available across platforms like Steam....

A little while after Divinity: Original Sin 2 released, the developers decided to add gift bags to the game. Gearbox Software officially announces Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary Edition World Tour, a remake of Duke Nukem 3D that has new levels, music, and more. About one week ago, a countdown started in recognition of Duke Nukem’s 20th anniversary. The countdown ended today, and the previously leaked Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary Edition World Tour has now been officially announced by Gearbox Software. The game, a remake of 1996’s Duke Nukem 3D, will be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 11th for $19....

The legendary soccer player Ian Wright, of Arsenal fame, is celebrating as Electronic Arts metes out punishment for an out-of-control racially-charged incident that occurred in May of 2020. An eighteen-year-old male, Patrick O’Brien, lost a match of FIFA Ultimate Team using the celebrated player and decided that logging into Instagram and sending twenty extremely racist messages to the footballer would right the poor play. The Irish Examiner reported on the court case of the eighteen-year-old, noting that among the radical and frankly disgusting language levied at the iconic player, using monkey emojis, and using a bevy of racist insults “beginning with N- and C-” said Sergeant Eoin Donovan during the proceeding....

When Ronda Rousey arrived on the mixed martial arts scene, she made quite a splash, earning fans with her match winning moves and her affable, nerdy personality. Rousey has parlayed this success in the cage into appearances in movies and on talk shows, which seemingly convinced UFC publisher EA to select the media savvy fighter as one of the cover start for the upcoming EA Sports UFC 2, the follow-up to the well received EA Sports UFC released last year....

Several of the new cards from The Elder Scrolls: Legends’ upcoming Heroes of Skyrim expansion have caused a stir among some of the fantasy franchise’s most ardent supporters. That includes a card depicting the great dragon villain of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Alduin. The critique, stemming from a Reddit post titled “A (Polite) Critique of Four Legged Dragons for Dire Wolf Digital,” posits that the card art in question has perhaps been made in error....

Genshin Impact is an upcoming gacha-based free-to-play RPG that is in development by Chinese gaming studio miHoYo. Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory releases this Friday, and with it comes the next step in the Kingdom Hearts saga. Rather than taking that step forward, though, Square Enix is bringing players down memory lane, exploring the history of the franchise through one of its most defining features, the music.
