Video game developer Sumo Digital and publisher Focus Home Interactive recently fired a volley of videos showcasing the backstories of the main characters of Hood: Outlaws & Legends. The videos can be found on the Focus Home Community YouTube channel, and the accompanying announcement is posted on the Focus Home Interactive website. Hood: Outlaws & Legends is an upcoming multiplayer PvPvE heist game currently scheduled to release sometime in 2021 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC....

As part of the virtual New York Comic-Con, BBC America gave viewers a first look at the new fantasy series The Watch. Taking pieces and inspirations from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, this fantasy action series puts an unlikely cast of misfits in the difficult position of saving the world from destruction, but to do that, they have to not kill each other. It seems that Netflix found a lucrative way to please geeks and gamers all over the world. After adapting other videogame franchises to either movie or series format, it is DOTA 2’s turn to receive great animation and have its lore expanded. DOTA: Dragon’s Blood tells the story of how Davion, Mirana, and Luna got caught in a battle of divine proportions. Although it has some minor changes like what happened to Dragon’s Dogma, the show is very respectful of the established lore....

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a rather large game that’ll take most players dozens of hours to complete, and dozens more to finish every quest. It’s a game that’s packed with content to keep players occupied, though some quests are clearly better made and more satisfying than others. Another Dragon Ball FighterZ character trailer has just dropped. This time, the clip features the Universe 7 God of Destruction himself, Lord Beerus. In true Beerus fashion, he arrives to the fight in Dragon Ball FighterZ after just waking up from a nap. Groggy or not, he wastes no time absolutely wrecking Super Saiyan Blue Goku, which is pretty much how things would play out in the anime. In stark contrast to melee-heavy characters like Hit, Beerus has a varied repertoire of projectile attacks that is demonstrated liberally in the latest Dragon Ball FighterZ character trailer....

Several days ago, Bandai Namco and Arc System Works confirmed the addition of Majin Android 21 to the roster Dragon Ball FighterZ’s base game, with the character being confirmed as the title’s main antagonist. Now, the publisher and developer have released a brand new gameplay trailer featuring the villain, with footage depicting her both figuratively and literally devouring the competition. As seen below in the latest Dragon Ball FighterZ gameplay trailer, Majin Android 21 faces off against Android 16, and the latter humanoid ends up on the receiving end of an absolute pummeling....

The universe of Dungeons & Dragons is always expanding, and one of the newest additions is the Artificer class. Artificers are masters of crafting magic items in Dungeons & Dragons, but being cooped up in the workshop all day can get boring. Artificers can get some fresh air by multiclassing, but not all classes mesh the same. You may want to multi-class as a way of flushing out a character’s backstory or as a way of explaining some kind of quirk they possess....

To say that From Software fans are excited for more news about Elden Ring would be a staggering understatement. The next RPG from From Software was announced just over a year ago during E3 2019, but hasn’t had a major appearance since. The 2020 Summer Game Fest seemed like a ripe opportunity for new Elden Ring news, but it’s already July and no news has been shared. That’s why From Software fans are starting to look toward next week as perhaps the last remaining summer opportunity got an Elden Ring announcement....

The Elder Scrolls Online is one of the most popular MMORPGs out right now, going strong on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia since April 2014. During your first few weeks of playing Cozy Grove you’ll have noticed some brown rocks with orange ore sticking out of them. Jeremy Gruffle will give you a pickaxe to mine these special rocks around your island. Because the terrain in Cozy Grove is constantly shifting and changing depending on many different things, you may not be able to find these ore deposits if they’re behind bushes or trees. There are up to six rocks you can mine in the game so far, all of which offer silver, iron, and gold....

The new Gauntlet Showdown game mode in Fall Guys season 2 is apparently the first of many little “experiments” that Mediatonic has in store. Season 2 of Fall Guys arrived yesterday with a ton of new content. New maps, new fantasy costumes to get in the mood for Halloween, and a new game mode called “Gauntlet Showdown.” It’s basically a new playlist of maps that you can select if you really love the race-style of maps like Door Dash, Gate Crash, Slime Climb, See Saw, and more....

Developer Mediatonic has already revealed that Fall Guys are really tall guys. In fact, they’re massive, measuring in at 1.83m tall. But until now we didn’t have an official weight for the wobbly bean lads. TG recently got the chance to interview the Fall Guys lead designer, who exclusively revealed how much Fall Guys weigh: “Three Minions or half a Mike Wazowski.” You have to love how half a Mike Wazowski is such a perfect reference point, even though none of us have ever, in fact, tried to pick up Mike Wazowski....
