Dragon Ball Every Character Piccolo Tried To Kill Failed

Dragon Ball has made a habit of redeeming its villains over the years. From Yamcha all the way to Majin Buu, bad guys don’t stay bad for long in Dragon Ball. Even Frieza has been given a shot at integrating into the main cast in Super (although he still functions ostensibly as a villain, with the Granola arc hinting at his return into the main plot). Dragon Ball’s just not Dragon Ball if Goku isn’t convincing his enemies to see the light of reason through deadly combat....

Dragon Ball Fighterz S Ss4 Gogeta Worsens A Classic Dbz Fighting Game Problem

Few things are constant, but it seems that there will always be Dragon Ball fighting games. Dragon Ball FighterZ is the most recent entry in that genre, and fans are loving it for a lot of reasons. Not only are the visuals crisp, but the gameplay is some of the best to come out of the fighting game genre as a whole in a while. Recently, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta was added as a new playable character, and while fans are loving his design and moveset, it does make one classic Dragon Ball fighting game problem clearer....

Dungeons And Dragons Helped Me And My Friends Stay In Touch Through Lockdown

The core group of friends I left university with has always been quite nomadic, moving from place to place every other year or so. That seems to be the way of life for recent graduates though, constantly having to chase better job opportunities in saturated markets. Still, it’s meant that whenever we can meet up, it’s always somewhere new and exciting. Naturally, like everyone else, the pandemic and national lockdowns meant we could no longer meet up in person, so we switched to regular calls on Zoom....

E3 2015 Mass Effect Andromeda Delivers A Whole New Galaxy

[HTML1] Both BioWare and EA have been particularly coy about the upcoming Mass Effect 4, releasing only tidbits of information on the highly anticipated title. Without a doubt, fans of the series have been intrigued to see the variety of new worlds and alien species that the title had to offer, but so far details have been thin on the ground. Meanwhile, an apparent leaked survey revealed a number of rumored details about the science fiction sequel....

E3 Should Focus On Exposing Under Represented Indie Titles To The Mainstream

E3 is the video game industry’s Super Bowl. The convention only lasts two days in the middle of June, but for a long while it was the biggest event in the video game calendar. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill in the last two years, from the data leak of the 2,000 gaming journalists in attendance to the sudden cancellation of the physical event at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic last year....

Ea Saving Battlefield 4 Respawn Unveils For Xbox 720 Event

We traveled to New York last week to attend Sony’s PlayStation 4 unveiling event, and understandably there were an insurmountable number of rumors about potential game reveals leading up to the presentation. With Sony sharing a partnership of sorts with Electronic Arts for the Battlefield franchise on the PS3 and the fact that EA and developer DICE showcased Battlefield 4 for the very first time to retail managers last week, we thought it was a given that we would get our very first look at BF4 on the PS4 last week, but it didn’t happen....

Ea Surveys Players On Mass Effect Andromeda S Problems

When Mass Effect: Andromeda was released on PC and consoles at the end of March, the sci-fi RPG didn’t quite hit the mark. Rumors about its turbulent development seemed to suggest that a lack of direction about what the game would be, how it would play, and the technology used to make it contributed to making a game that was panned by fans and critics. But it seems that the companies behind the game are looking to improve things in future....

Elden Ring How To Summon Spirit Ashes And Play With Npcs

Elden Ring pushes the Soulsborne genre forward in many ways. While the game features many FromSoftware design hallmarks, such as difficult combat and the Moonlight Greatsword, it also includes plenty of new mechanics that make the experience feel fresh. One such addition is Spirit Ashes. Normally, players have to soldier on alone in games like Dark Souls and Bloodborne, but Elden Ring’s Spirit Ashes let them summon computer-controlled allies to aid in combat....

Eminem S New Music Video Is Full Of Call Of Duty Ghosts Imagery

Cross-promotional music videos are a strange thing. Back at the end of the last century they were quite a popular marketing tool, there being many examples from Aerosmith’s ‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’ from Armageddon to the Godzilla sodden ‘Come With Me’ by P-Diddy. They’re something that are seen less and less of today in the music scene, but that hasn’t stopped Eminem covering his latest music video for ‘Survival’ in Call of Duty: Ghosts iconography....

Epic Games Releases New Fortnite Emote Celebrating The End Of 2020

To simply call Fortnite a popular game would be an understatement. Epic Games’ online multiplayer battle royale became a massive worldwide phenomenon after its release in 2017, and though it now may not be quite as popular as it once was, Fortnite has maintained a tight grip on the battle royale genre with a constant flurry of new updates, skins, and more regularly being added to the game. While the game is iconic for many things such as its signature Battle Bus and llama loot piñatas, it has perhaps become even more widely known for its large array of wacky, creative, and involved emotes which allow players to express themselves in-game in a variety of ways....
