As the Pokémon series has progressed, the ways in which the creatures can evolve has increased dramatically. There are some Pokémon that had to wait a couple of generations before they gained new evolutions. Slowpoke > Slowking Slowpoke decided that the thing clasped onto its tail would make for a fancy hat. All you need to do is trade it while it holds a King’s Rock. The Eeveelutions Eevee has received the most evolutions out of any creature in the series....

Tokyo Akihabara is losing one of its most notable locations. It was announced recently that the Sega Arcade will be closing its doors for good on August 30. Akihabara, a busy shopping center in Tokyo, Japan, is known to represent the city’s pop culture. There are retailers featuring technology, anime, manga, and video games among other things. So it was a real shock when it was announced that the legendary Sega Arcade, otherwise known as the Sega Akihabara Building 2 arcade, will be closing....

Mediatonic is currently hard at work gearing up for Season 2 of the smash hit title Fall Guys. Now, the official Fall Guys Twitter has revealed a brand new obstacle similar to the previous Fall Guys hammer obstacle Big Yeetus. While details remain a bit hazy on whether or not this obstacle will appear randomly like Big Yeetus, the obstacle has been officially revealed with its new name. Bethesda released an update for its Fallout 4 mods website which brings many new features that will help players better manage their mods. As part of its Summer Roadmap, which is an outline of updates aimed at improving the overall mod experience, Bethesda released an update for Fallout 4 that will help by adding new options for those using or posting mods. Among these new features is the ability for creators to monitor how mods are doing by checking its stats....

Fallout 76 is only a few short months away from launch, which means fans should be learning a lot more about the game in the coming weeks. Newly uncovered evidence suggests that Far Cry Primal re-uses the map from its predecessor , prompting fans to criticize Ubisoft for cutting corners. The recently released Far Cry Primal offered a different spin on the series’ well-entrenched formula, placing players in a Stone Age setting where their guns are swapped for sharpened sticks and animal companions. However, it seems like one element of the game isn’t all too different from Far Cry 4....

Bungie announces that hotfix 2.4.0.3 will be deployed later today for Destiny: Rise of Iron players, but opts not to reveal what’s inside of the update until later. It has been a whirlwind week for Bungie, as Destiny fans not only received a brand new expansion called Rise of Iron, but also saw players race each other in a friendly competition to see who could finish the brand new raid first a few days later....

With Destiny, developer Bungie has used exclusive features to reward PlayStation users with additional content. Details outlined during E3 2014 explained that players choosing to purchase Destiny for PS3 or PS4 would receive extra gear, weapons, and even unique maps. This strategy even continued into the multiplayer shooter’s DLC packs, with The Dark Below expansion granting PlayStation players with an additional exotic shotgun and an extra strike. Although Xbox users undoubtedly felt left out by Destiny’s PlayStation-focused content, there were plenty of signs that the features would arrive after a set period of time....

Devil May Cry 5 has just been released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, but there is no version of the game that is available for the Nintendo Switch. The absence of Devil May Cry 5 from the Nintendo Switch could be explained by the fact that the hardware of the Switch might not be strong enough to handle the game, but it turns out that the real reason was due to timing, as Devil May Cry 5 entered production before development kits for the Switch were released....

It’s been almost two years since the release of Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, the most recent major title in the Dishonored franchise. While there have been no announcements regarding a potential Dishonored 3 or any other spinoff games, that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping for a continuation of the popular stealth series. Quite a few things changed in the series from the transition from Dishonored to Dishonored 2. We got to choose which protagonist we wanted to play as, a new game plus mode was introduced, and for the first time, we had the choice to play the game truly without any of the supernatural powers available....

Bethesda and Arkane Studio’s well-known series, Dishonored, has had multiple DLC’s and continuing games thus far full of sword fighting and masquerades. Each game, things are upgraded and enhanced via gameplay and UI and one of those things happens to be the bonecharms. Remember when bonecharms used to have no penalties? We do too. Disney’s handling of the Star Wars franchise has been for many a mixed bag in terms of output. Sure, on one hand, Disney put Lucasfilm to work right from the get-go thus ending the ten-year drought of Star Wars movies since George Lucas wrapped up the prequel trilogy; however, what’s come out of that hasn’t always gone down too well with those close to Star Wars. As Star Wars enters a new era that will see up to 10 Disney Plus exclusives premiere over the next few years (that is without counting the two movies planned for the future), some questions must be asked to check if Disney has truly learned from its past mistakes of one of pop culture’s biggest icons....
