Today, Blizzard Entertainment offered an update on the progress of the highly-anticipated Diablo 4. In a blog post on its official website, the studio shared a quarterly update that offered a new look at character art and some of the customization options that will be available in the dungeon crawler. Specifically, it was revealed that players will have more customization options than ever before with the newly renovated dye system....
The progression from Diablo to Diablo 3 is logical, but there’s no denying that they are very different games fundamentally. When David Brevik created the classic hack and slash adventure, there’s likely no way he could have known that it would gain such a massive following. Now almost 25 years later, the franchise is still going strong with a fourth main entry on its way. E3 is reportedly going virtual this year as the event’s organizer, the Entertainment Software Association, is pushing forward with plans for a digital event in 2021. According to documents seen by VGC, the ESA has pitched several game publishers and developers over the idea of a virtual event that would see three days of live-streamed coverage over the course of June 15-17, the days in which a physical E3 would normally take place....

The fourth major update is now live for the post-apocalyptic survival city-builder Endzone: A World Apart. Polish video game developer People Can Fly and Square Enix’s European subsidiary will release a free demo for their upcoming cooperative role-playing third-person shooter, Outriders. The game takes place on another planet that’s called Enoch; in this game, humans are actually trying to colonize this alien planet. However, the expedition team was hit by “The Anomaly,” which is basically an energy storm that granted superpowers to Enoch’s inhabitants. Because it will be a Demo and not a Beta, it will allow people to play and try out a good chunk of the game that will then fully release later this year....
After Saints Row: The Third ostensibly saved THQ from a 2011 that it would like to forget, it’s a no-brainer that more installments in Volition’s franchise are on the way.
