The Regalia, the stylish car from Final Fantasy 15, is leaving Eos and heading to Forza Horizon 3. Microsoft revealed the news earlier today at ChinaJoy2017, a digital entertainment expo held in Shanghai, along with a trailer showcasing the car and how it will look in-game. The Regalia will sport a 7.2-liter supercharged V12 with a max of 536 horsepower. Beginning August 1, Forza Horizon 3 and Final Fantasy 15 players will be able to download the Regalia for free, but only if they have one of those two games installed by that date....

It seems that EA can’t catch a break when it comes to the newest entry in its sports series, FIFA 21. EA has long seen controversy surrounding FIFA’s Ultimate Team mode, and has even been sued over the practice of microtransactions in the game. Now, EA has announced it is looking into some allegations over employee behavior. Recently, some Twitter users alleged that a FIFA 21 employee was selling FIFA Ultimate Team cards for thousands of dollars....

UPDATE: EA has removed the ads in question from UFC 4, and provided the following statement: “Earlier this week, the team turned on ad placements in EA SPORTS UFC 4 that appeared during the ‘Replay’ moments in gameplay. This type of advertising inventory is not new to the UFC franchise, though we have typically reserved displaying ads to specific main menu tiles or Octagon logo placement. It is abundantly clear from your feedback that integrating ads into the Replay and overlay experience is not welcome....

From Software’s Elden Ring, a forthcoming RPG created in collaboration with Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin, leaked before its announcement at E3 2019, but there’s still little actually known about the project. After 16 years, the cult classic base-building simulator Evil Genius is finally getting a sequel, and it looks like developer Rebellion has big plans for the upcoming game. For those who never played the original, Evil Genius was a real-time strategy game in the same vein as Dungeon Keeper, albeit with players controlling a Dr. Evil knockoff rather than a supernatural lord of Darkness. Players would construct a secret evil lair, perform “acts of infamy” to advance their plans to build a doomsday device, and set up traps to capture secret agents intent on thwarting your evil plans....
