ESPN and EA Sports are teaming up to broadcast five hours of the Madden NFL 20 Championship Series (MCS) on both ESPN2 and the ESPN app. The programming will begin with the Celebrity Tournament Championship at 12pm ET, featuring pro players and celebrities going head to head online. Some of the pro players taking part in this event include Travis Kelce, Stefon Diggs, Cam Jordan, Drew Lock, Marquise Brown, while some of the celebrities are big Madden fans, featuring Chris Weidman, Daniel Cormier, Snoop Dog, and more....

Everwild is the new game from Rare, developers of Sea of Thieves. The game appears to take place in a beautiful natural landscape with multiple players tending the land and its animals and keeping balance in the wild. Although Everwild appears to be a far more tranquil game than Sea of Thieves’ wacky pirate adventuring, there is a lot which the new game can take away from Rare’s last title. The newest PC patch for Bethesda Game Studios’ wildly popular post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout 4, brings about changes to the game’s Survival Mode and more. Bethesda celebrates the spirit of the season and updates its wildly popular free-to-play tap screen game by adding Halloween decorations to Fallout Shelter. Today, Overseers who check in on their Vaults in Fallout Shelter will find lots of Halloween-appropriate décor adorning all of the nooks and crannies in the game’s rooms, including hanging bats and ghosts, plastic skeletons, pumpkins, and even some stand-up coffins a la Dracula. Bethesda quietly added the features overnight, and announced the holiday decorations via the franchise’s official Twitter account, saying it’s “Halloween in the Vault....

Marvel Studios’ will soon bring Blade back to the silver screen with a new feature film starring Mahershala Ali in the title role. Now, fan art depicts what the Academy Award-winning actor and former Luke Cage star might look like as the human-vampire hybrid in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Released in 1998, the original Blade film from New Line Cinema featured Wesley Snipes in the lead role and is widely credited with paving the way for the current wave of superhero blockbusters, along with X-Men and Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man....

American singer-songwriter, actress, and overall super talent Taylor Swift has gotten a total makeover via a piece of dazzling fan art. Instagram user @defendinisart posted a drawing (seen below) they did that depicts Swift as X-Men superhero Dazzler. Although not as well known as other X-Men, Dazzler has been around in Marvel Comics for almost as long as popular characters such as Wolverine and Storm. Dazzler, whose real name is Alison Blair, made her first appearance in The Uncanny X-Men #130 in 1980....

Discord, the world’s most-popular game voice chat software, has announced an improvement that might just make life more pleasant for gamers across the world: noise-cancelling. The feature, which is only in beta, is meant to filter out the kind of background noise that can make voice chat annoying in the wrong circumstances.
