Capcom is known for packing its games with numerous unlocks, giving players further incentive to keep on playing after the credits roll for the first time. 2005’s Resident Evil 4 is no different. Despite including no multiplayer content whatsoever, there are plenty of goodies to unlock for further playthroughs. The following list explains how to unlock all of them. A few of them are low-hanging fruit earned by simply completing the campaign for the first time, while others require a little more work....

Since launch, it was always apparent that Genshin Impact’s fast travel was blazingly quick. Players were able to teleport across the map in the blink of an eye, making backtracking for quests much more convenient than in other games. One player recently discovered just how instantaneous it really is. A clip posted to Reddit revealed that a player can fire an arrow in a large arc and fast travel to a destination before the arrow reaches its target....

Last month during Sony’s PS5 gameplay live event, Capcom revealed a brand new Special Edition version of Devil May Cry 5. This new version would include new game modes, better graphics for next-gen consoles, and perhaps the most requested feature of all, Vergil as a playable character. The digital-only version of Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition will arrive on launch day for the Xbox Series X/S and the PS5 (which is November 10 and November 12, respectively), but the physical version (for consoles that actually have an optical drive) will launch on December 1....

Though certain segments of both Call of Duty’s and Battlefield 3’s publishing and development partners have claimed supremacy over the other, some members of the titles’ development teams are approaching the competition with a more levelheaded approach. Specifically, DICE’s Patrick Bach has said that Battlefield 3 isn’t out to dethrone Modern Warfare 3, but is instead trying to capture its own segment of the FPS market. In Bach’s mind Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield can best be compared to rock groups....

With Resident Evil Village’s recent announcement, Capcom fans have a new horror focused Resident Evil to look forward to. Between the next numbered entry and the recent remakes, some Capcom fans wonder when Dino Crisis will get the same love. While full remakes are unlikely, a new indie horror game is looking to capitalize. Deathground is a current Kickstarter horror game that takes the abandoned Jurassic Park setting and adapts it to the modern horror standard....

During Bethesda’s E3 2017 press conference, the publisher teased the eventual release of Dishonored 2’s Death of the Outsider expansion by showing off a cinematic trailer created to reintroduce players to returning franchise favorites Billie Lurk and Daud in a story that involves the attempt to bring down the game’s supernatural, black-eyed god. Now, the company has decided to give fans an even better idea of the action involved in the plot by releasing a brand new gameplay trailer for the DLC....

The developers at Arkane Studios discuss some of the power combinations in players’ skill sets for use in the forthcoming action-adventure title Dishonored 2. In the precursor to Dishonored 2, players were given a plethora of extraordinary supernatural abilities to wield and chain together in combat, but it seems as if the forthcoming title in the stealth-action franchise is taking the concept to a whole new level. According to an article covering Dishonored 2 in the June 3 issue of Official Xbox Magazine, the game’s director, Harvey Smith, stated that testers have gone on to surprise Arkane Studios by creating unforeseen power combinations of the dual protagonists Emily Kaldwin and Corvo Attano in ways the developer had never even imagined....

Hitting shelves in October last year, id Software released the first entry in a new slate of Doom Eternal DLC titled The Ancient Gods: Part 1. As the DLC’s title suggests, the additional content was the beginning of a new, two-part story, with the Ancient Gods’ first iteration leaving players on a dramatic cliffhanger. As fans speculated, the second half of the campaign looks to be dropping soon, with id Software debuting a teaser earlier today that reveals a full trailer is on its way on March 17....

Compare this to how Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot advertises its upcoming DLC. It’s clear that the Beerus content is centered on Goku and his Super Saiyan God transformation. To be fair, Vegeta will also get the Super Saiyan God ability. And the game is called Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. For a single player RPG about Goku’s adventures, a DLC that focuses on expanding his story and unlocking more of his power makes total sense....

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s first Boss Battle DLC is out and sees players achieve Super Saiyan God to take on Beerus. Following this DLC, there is another Boss Battle Episode that will release before a full blown story arc is said to be added to the game. Both the second Boss Battle and story arc remain a mystery, but the latest leak may shed some light on plans. First discovered by Dmgaming 5 (sent to him by a fan), UK retailer Fanatical has seemingly leaked the DLC....

DuckTales is one of the most beloved NES platformers from the 80s, as Capcom took inspiration from the iconic cartoon and turned it into a high quality game. The title is still adored by many fans to this day, so much so that Capcom released a remake, DuckTales Remastered, back in 2013. Google Stadia players hoping to play Fortnite on their game-streaming console have a hard pill to swallow. Epic Games provided a ruthless but valid justification for not porting its battle royale to the platform. Google’s streaming-based console has had a hard launch, and despite the availability of major titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Doom Eternal, gamers have been slow to embrace the beleaguered platform. It has yet to be seen whether other upcoming high profile Stadia releases, like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, will bring more players into the fold....
