The launch of Far Cry 6 still feels so far away. Set to hit stores October 7 this year, it will be the first main series title since 2018. According to Bungie’s latest weekly press release, Destiny’s forthcoming November 2.0.2 update will allow players to purchase weapon parts using Glimmer. There’s good news for would-be Guardians dealing with parts shortages in Destiny after patch 2.0.1 made them less common. Banshee-44 will soon be designated as the game’s Weapons Parts dealer, and he’ll be accepting Glimmer for payment of said pieces. Bungie has given the details on Destiny’s Refer-a-Friend program, which rewards players who help those new to Destiny with exclusive swords, emotes, shaders, and more. Two weeks ago Bungie announced that a new program called Refer-a-Friend would be added to Destiny, rewarding current players who help new gamers to Destiny through some of its content, promising more details would be coming. Those details came today as Bungie officially released Refer-a-Friend, which offers tons of exclusive rewards for those who participate, including a shader, emotes, and swords....
