Fallout 76’s Public Test Server returns tomorrow for eager vault dwellers to get their hands on upcoming content. Specifically, the Player Test Server will include “the entire Steel Reign questline,” according to Bethesda, which will conclude the Brotherhood of Steel story that began with the Steel Dawn update so many moons ago.

In addition, the PTS will also include the new Legendary Crafting system that was mentioned a little while ago, as well as the legendary Attribute rebalance, and the Meat Week Seasonal Event that’s not scheduled to hit the regular game servers until later this summer.

To help players experience all the new stuff coming in Steel Reign (and to ensure that players can provide valuable feedback even if they haven’t kept up with their quests), Bethesda plans to add pre-made characters to everyone’s accounts on the PTS. Remember, this is a test server, so there will undoubtedly be bugs if you take part. On the plus side, you’ll get first access to all the new content and you’ll have a hand in making that content great for the rest of us.

In the same “Inside the Vault” update, Bethesda mentioned that there will be a smaller update coming on May 25 that will prepare Fallout 76 for the arrival of Steel Reign. This will include some bug fixes and some new items for the Atomic Shop.

This weekend will bring a Double S.C.O.R.E. weekend, which doubles the usual S.C.O.R.E. reward for completing Daily Challenges. This event runs from now until Monday, May 17 at 12 PM EST, so that’s plenty of time to rank up your Scoreboard position.

In other Fallout news, Bethesda’s Fallout 76 team is hiring in Austin, Texas for an “unannounced title.” That rules out Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6, but what new game could Austin folks be making at the same time as Fallout 76?
