Fall Guys has revealed more details regarding its upcoming Season 3.5 update, and it sounds like a big one.

Fall Guys’ popularity might have dropped off a fair bit since it launched back in August 2020, but that was to be expected. Chances are the game’s player count has settled right around where its creators expected, especially since it is still only available on two platforms for the time being. That doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon despite what Xbox Game Pass will have you believe.

If you want to be a part of the upcoming Season 3.5 update, then you’ll have to do so on PlayStation and PC for the time being. Before today, Fall Guys had been pretty quiet on what to expect from the mid-season changes. Even though its biggest fans have remained loyal, the game needs to be constantly updated and changed to keep new players coming in.

Today, Fall Guys dropped a bunch of new info regarding what’s to come from its next big update. You might be fooled into thinking a whole new season is about to begin as there are a lot of changes and additions coming, as can be seen in the tweet below. There’s still no word on when exactly the update will go live, but it should be soon.

The update will include a yet-to-be-revealed new level, as well as 40 new tweaks to existing levels. That’s a lot of changes that should make some of the levels you’ve become used to feel brand new. There will also be a new DLC pack added, a first for the game. What exactly the pack will include remains a mystery. A few crossover costumes will return to the in-game store too.

Those costumes include Sonic, Godzilla, and the goose from Untitled Goose Game. That means anyone who missed out on them the first time around or is looking to get a bottom to match their top, will be given the chance to do so. Big things coming to Fall Guys very soon, and hopefully, the Game Pass confusion from last week was a hint that it will also venture onto new platforms too.
