Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout launched to astronomical success earlier this month, and has since become the most downloaded PS Plus game of all time.

The news comes from a tweet published by the official PlayStation Twitter account, which you can check out below. According to the tweet, Fall Guys has quickly cemented itself as the most successful PS Plus game of all time on a global basis.

It comes as no surprise given the near-instant ubiquity Fall Guys has established for itself on social media. Its online presence has experienced rapid organic growth, which is likely due to stunts like offering to delete the entire Yellow Team in exchange for 1 million retweets.

The meme factor spills into the game itself, as well. Mediatonic actually implemented a trophy so difficult that it expected absolutely no one to get it. However, within just a week of launch, over 300 devoted beans had already managed to snag said trophy, which had been dubbed by the community as the “Impossible Trophy.”

If you haven’t picked up Fall Guys yet but are considering adding your download to the still-growing record, you’ll likely want to know that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is also available for free as part of the August PS Plus bundle - however, the offer ends on August 31.

Hungry for more on Fall Guys? Here’s every Fall Guys map ranked from worst to best. If you’re just starting out, be sure to check out how to grab and pull other players in Fall Guys. If you don’t bring yourself up to speed by learning the merciless tactics necessary for a game as highly competitive as this, you’ll likely end up being hurled off the side of the map before you can say “Fall Guys.” Some players are even making it to the finish line purely to prevent other people from crossing - they have absolutely no desire to win themselves.

At present, Fall Guys is only available on PS4 and Steam. However, there is a chance it could come to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch eventually if there’s sufficient demand from the community.
