Facebook Discontinues The Oculus Go

It seems Facebook has decided to discontinue the Oculus Go, according to a blog entry posted yesterday on the official website.

They’ll be ending sales of the Oculus Go this year with the aim of focusing more closely on improving the Quest and Rift moving forward.

Guess it’s more like Oculus Stop now, huh.

Oculus Go pioneered the all-in-one category—a new kind of VR with more freedom and flexibility. And that was a game-changer. Oculus Go opened up VR to many more people, and it helped redefine immersive entertainment. Oculus Go made new experiences possible for people around the world, and it laid the groundwork for Oculus Quest.
