Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is a dark fantasy Metroidvania that takes heavy inspiration from Hollow Knight and Blasphemous, especially in exploration and combat. Much like those games, Ender Lilies is a 2D Metroidvania with a “Soulslike” focus that opens up the game’s inventory, leveling system, and exploration tactics and offers intense boss fights and a mysterious story.
One of the core systems in Ender Lilies is the game’s Relics, which are essentially Perks that will help you out significantly in your journey. Relics can offer things such as more potent healing, higher jumps, or even more significant damage when on the ground. In order to get all Relics in Ender Lilies, you will have to put in lots of time and effort, but it’s ultimately worth it.
Updated October 16, 2021 by Seth Parmer: After Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knight left early access, the full release brought many new Relics into the fold for the player to find and use to their benefit. However, a short while after the game was officially released, Ender Lilies received a 1.1.0 Patch that added one more Relic to find. This list has been updated to reflect that and now contains all of Ender Lilies Relics.
34 Ancient Dragon Claw
This Relic increases damage on all airborne attacks by a small amount. It costs Two slots to use.
Found in the room directly under the Mourning Hall Respite in the Twin Spires area. If you like airborne Spirits, this may be the Ender Lilies Relic for you!
33 Aura’s Ring
Aura’s Ring grants you a decent increase in how many times you can use your Spirits, allowing them to stay longer in combat. This Relic will take up Three slots.
To obtain Aura’s Ring, go to the Execution Grounds Respite, take the left exit. From there, use the Executioner’s Hook to swing on the lanterns above you, which will then lead you to a climbable wall, where you will need the Bloody Knight’s Claws to scale. Scaling the wall will lead you into another room and the ring.
32 Bloodstained Ribbon
The Bloodstained Ribbon will give you slightly more Blight gain (Experience) when defeating enemies and only costs One slot!
To get this Relic, head to the Collapsed Shack Respite in the Cliffside Hamlet and head out the top exit. From there, you will see three dilapidated houses, and the relic will be in the third one on the second story. To get it, you will need the Executioner’s Hook and will be able to grapple to the top of the first two houses, enabling you to jump to the third one.
31 Blighted Appendage
The Blighted Appendage Relic will buff your attack output at the cost of Three Relic Slots.
To snag this Relic, you will have to travel quite far, so be prepared. Start at the Subterranean Lab B4 Respite, take the left exit, and then work your way to the top-right entry in the next room. From there, you will fight a giant blob creature, then take a right and fight another one. The Relic will be on the floor above the second monster you fight.
30 Blighted Phantom
The Blighted Phantom Relic is a newly added Relic in Ender Lilies that came via the game’s 1.1.0 Patch. As of now, it appears to only change Lily’s appearance to a much more corrupted and sinister look, but there could be more to it which the community is trying hard to find out. The Relic requires Zero Relic Slots to equip, so you don’t have to sacrifice any of your other Relics to equip it!
To get the Blighted Phantom Relic, you must first acquire the Trophy/Achievement “Journey’s End.” After doing that, you will find the Relic on the ground at the Blighted Heart Respite. While this may not be one of Ender Lilies best Relics, it is nice to have just in case it leads to something!
29 Blightwreathed Blade
This Relic grants a decent amount of Blight gain (experience) and stacks with the Bloodstained Ribbon. This Relic will take up Two Slots but will allow you to reach max rank much faster, especially when paired with the Bloodstained Ribbon.
From the Guest Chambers Respite in the Ruined Keep, go through the left exit and keep going until you are three rooms over from the Respite. You should see a spiral staircase and a small, jumpable gap to the right. Jumping the hole in the floor will lead you to the Blightwreathed Blade!
28 Broken Music Box
The Broken Music Box will slightly reduce incoming damage from enemy attacks and costs Two Slots to equip.
Obtaining the Broken Music Box Relic requires you to start from the Collapsed Shack Respite in the Cliffside Hamlet and take the left exit. The Relic will be on a ledge to the left of a breakable floor barrier, and you will be able to reach it easily by either dropping down from above or climbing up to it.
27 Calivia’s Ring
This Ring will reduce the cooldown times when using your Spirits but takes up a hefty Three Slots.
Obtaining Calivia’s Ring will require you to travel to the Subterranean Lab B4 Respite and exit through the left side of the room. From there, you want to work your way to the far left of the room and ride the gondola to the next area. When in the following area, you will ride another series of gondolas but will see grappling points above you when riding the second one, use your Executioner’s Hook to swing on them and work your way up to the exit. Finally, you will be in the last room, where you can use your Bloody Knight’s Claws to scale the narrow passage above you, leading to a giant blob creature. Killing the monster will drop the Relic!
26 Cracked Familiar Stone
The Cracked Familiar Stone will reduce incoming damage from enemies by a decent amount, making some of the later areas more manageable, but at the cost of Three Relic Slots.
To obtain the Cracked Familiar Stone, head to the Witch’s Hermitage Respite in the Witch’s Thicket and leave through the left entry. Then, when in the next room, use the Executioner’s Hook to grapple to the lantern on the roof to the right.
25 Decayed Crown
The Decayed Crown will make enemies more susceptible to being stunned by your attacks. This Relic will also take up Three Slots.
To grab this Crown, head to the Maelstrom Ramparts Respite in the Ruined Castle and jump off the ledge to the left. After jumping, however, hold to the right, and you will land on a small ledge holding the Relic.
24 Eldred’s Ring
Eldred’s Ring will charge Lilie’s SP meter faster, allowing her to unleash powerful attacks more frequently. However, it will cost Three Relic Slots to equip.
Eldred’s Ring is obtainable by going to the King’s Chambers Respite in the Ruined Keep and going out the left exit. Look for a breakable, vertical wall in the next room and use the Spectral Lance to bust it open and acquire the Relic!
23 Executioner’s Gloves
The Executioner’s Gloves will increase Lilie’s attack damage, but only when she is at max health. Additionally, the Relic will take up Two Slots when equipped.
Go to the Dark Chamber Respite in the Stockade and take the exit to the right. The Executioner’s Gloves will be in the bottom of the water!
22 Fretia’s Ring
Fretia’s Ring is one of few Special Relics in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights and will allow you to parry incoming enemy attacks. Since the ring is a Special Relic, it is free to equip and requires Zero Slots!
To obtain this Special Relic, go to the Bottom of the Well Respite located between the Cliffside Hamlet and Catacombs. Fretia’s Ring will be found on the floor and requires zero abilities or puzzle solving to get!
21 Giant’s Ring
The Giant’s Ring will grant you a slight damage buff on all ground attacks and requires Two free Slots to equip.
The Giant’s Ring is easily obtained by going to the Collapsed Shack Respite and using the left exit. From there, use the following area’s bottom entrance, and then jump in the water in the third area and swim to the bottom!
20 Heretic’s Mask
The Heretic’s Mask is another Special Relic in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights and will protect you significantly from the Blighted Fog found all over the Verboten Domain. However, unlike the other Special Relics, this Mask will require One Slot to use.
Obtaining the Heretic’s Mask Relic can be tricky, but it is done by going to the Dark Chamber Respite and using your Spectral Lance to bust through a breakable wall in the bottom left. After navigating all of that, you will be able to drop down to a new area, hold to the left to land on the ledge holding this Relic! After doing that, you will be in another room filled with breakable walls and floors and even mines you have to avoid.
19 Holy Spring Water
The Holy Spring Water will increase the potency of your Prayers, allowing you to heal back much more of your health when damaged! This Relic only takes up One slot!
You can find this Relic by going to the Ossuary Respite in the Catacombs and taking the bottom exit. When in the next room, take the far right exit and then jump across two small gaps to grab the Relic!
18 Immortal’s Crest
Having the Immortal’s Crest Relic equipped will give you a small amount of health when you successfully deal damage to an enemy, allowing you to slowly heal if you play safe. This Relic requires Three open Slots to use.
The Crest is obtainable by going to the Monument of the Wind Respite in the Twin Spires area and then heading out the left exit. When in the following place, you will have to navigate several lifts to progress through the room and eventually go outside. When outside, there will be a series of vertical platforms with many enemies on them. Work your way to the top until you reach a long piece of land. There will be a chest on a platform in front of a large tree that contains the Relic!
17 Kilteus’ Ring
Kilteus’ Ring will slightly reduce your Spirits’ cooldown timer, allowing you to use them more frequently. This Relic also requires Two Slots to use.
To obtain this Ring, head to the Charnel Respite in the Catacombs and then take the top exit. From there, head to the left in the next room to find the Relic! The Kilteus’ Ring is one of Ender Lilies best Relics if you use a lot of heavy-hitting Spirits that require a long cooldown.
16 Lost Heirloom
As you progress through Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Light and start purifying bosses and mini-bosses, Lily will slowly begin turning more red, blighted, and veiny. This Special Relic will cure Lily’s Blighted nature and make her look Pure. Since this Relic is a Special one, it doesn’t require a Slot to use!
To get the Lost Heirloom Relic, you will need to see the game’s secret third ending (C), reload the game, and pick it up beside the bench in the Blighted Heart Respite located in The Abyss. To get the third ending, you will need to collect Seven Stone Tablet Fragments and then take them to the lab underneath the game’s starting area to craft the Luminant Aegis Curio. Defeating the final boss with the Luminant Aegis Curio equipped will trigger the last fight and spawn this Relic!
15 Luminant Aegis Curio
The Luminant Aegis Curio is yet another Special Relic in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights and is required to see the game’s secret ending (C). You do not need any available Slots to equip this relic. This Relic essentially allows Lily to successfully Purify the final boss without dying, allowing her to carry out her mission as a Priestess.
To obtain the Luminant Aegis Curio, you will need to gather Seven Stone Tablet Fragments scattered around the game’s world. After collecting every Tablet, head to the Cellar Respite in the Cathedral. From here, use the top exit to the left, and then use the next room’s left exit as well. You should now be in the room where Lily woke up at the start of the game. Head left until you come across a locked door and use the ability you earned for defeating Faden to unlock it, and then take the elevator down to the lab. When in the lab, and with all Seven Stone Tablet Fragments, you will be able to craft the Luminant Aegis Curio Relic!
