We continue to learn more about the mysterious world of Doublehit Games’ upcoming 2D puzzle-platformer, Eternal Hope, and now, interested players can get an even more intimate look at the work that has gone into the game thus far in a brand-new behind-the-scenes video posted by the indie game studio.

The video, entitled Eternal Hope - Making Of, features a fantastic peek behind the curtain with concept art and design, audio direction, gameplay, and everything else that has gone into creating Eternal Hope - along with the many changes that the game has gone through - which has been in development for over three and a half years.

“We’ve worked tirelessly on every piece of content in Eternal Hope and our passion and dedication shine through every character and every level,” stated Director and Sound Designer, Gabriel Oliveira. “All of the pieces of this project tie together creating an immersive gameplay experience with a compelling and emotional story that will grip players from beginning to end.”

The Eternal Hope team is comprised of four full-time developers, and judging from the description of what’s gone into the game, it’s pretty clear that this is a passion project that the team is excited to share with players.

Eternal Hope is slated for an August 6th release for PC via Steam.
