The Japanese name of Jade is Martina, which is actually a feminine version of the Roman name, Martinus. Her complete character is surrounded by the origin of her name as it is derived from Mars, known as the Roman God of War. The name also relates to her martial artist’s profile.
Although, Martina was used to be a patron saint of the city of Rome in the 3rd century. Moreover, her local name, Jade, is also derived from a decorative stone of similar name used in jewelry, having a green color that matches with her entire outfit.

The abilities that Jade possesses in Claws Path are relatively the same as of Rab’s except the Crone’s Claw. You may go for Propeller Blade, Can Opener, Hawkeye Claw, Hard Claw, Air Raiser, and Crone’s Claw but all these skills make Jade less superior in terms of damaging potential as compared to rest of the characters.
Experts do not prefer to opt for Claws as a choice of the weapon even though Jade absorbs HP instead of MP which boosts her life in the game.
5 Allure Path
This path of the arsenal has the most damage potential when it comes to Jade’s character. Once her grid expands, Allure Path is considered as the most beneficial as compared to the rest of her abilities.
The skills include Puff Puff, Sexy Beam, Femme Fatale, and Pink Tornado which are considerably more destructive than her other abilities. But, this path utilizes more MP which is definitely not a pleasant sign, considering Jade’s limited pool of MP even during the higher levels of Dragon Quest XI. However, you can still use some of these abilities for free using Belle’s Bow Accessory.
4 Kickboxing
Jade is famous for her kickboxing through Fisticuffs Path but she has got plenty of other moves from her personal tree. Her absolute desire to kill the enemies has enabled her to use skills that destroys the enemies in masses.
There comes a time in the game when Jade can display herself as an enemy while developing a basic attacking stance in which she just uses kicks instead of spears and claws. She has the ability to learn new skills that can target multiple enemies at the same time.

Jade has got a soft side for her colleagues while showing her possessive and caring nature especially for Luminary, whom she lost sixteen years ago as a little brother. After their reunion, Luminary ended up falling from a cliff and Jade dived after him to protect from the impact of hitting the fast-flowing river below by using her body as a shield.
She has similar chemistry with Hendrik too, except that he acts as an older brother and always protects her without any fear. Such kind-hearted nature of Jade keeps her in good books of every other character.
