Stomp fools to death as a giant armored dinosaur in Dino Squad, the new mobile PvP shooter.
Dino Squad was a short-lived cartoon series in the late 2000s where high school kids got doused in toxic ooze that makes them mutate into dinosaurs. It’s also a new mobile game from Pixonic where you play as an armored dinosaur armed with missile launchers.
The two are hardly at all related except they both feature dinosaurs. And this just goes to show that kids love dinosaurs, which makes it great marketing for a mobile game.
Dino Squad is a relatively simple mobile PvP shooter. Matches are two teams of six where you kill opponents and take objectives in order to reach a target score. Dinosaurs come equipped with a variety of weapons, including machine guns, sniper rifles, plasma cannons, rocket launchers, and railguns, and each weapon has its own special characteristics.
There are 17 dinosaurs to choose from with each falling into three different weight categories. The tiny Velociraptor is small and fast, while the T-Rex is huge and lumbering but it’s got a lot of firepower and HP.
Matches are fast, fun, and a great way to spend some free time on lockdown. Dino Squad is available on iOS and Android for free with the usual assortment of mobile microtransactions (cosmetics, XP boosters, etc).
