The remaster of Diablo II, titled Diablo II: Resurrected, is finally coming out in 2021. Diablo 2 is a more than 20-year-old game at this point and well-deserving of a remaster, so it should be no surprise that excitement is building for the comeback of the most revered entry in the franchise. But for many players, Diablo 2: Resurrected will be their first foray into the demonic series.
They consider the elimination of the three Prime Evils (Diablo, Mephisto, Baal) their primary goal as a people and prophesized their coming long before the events of the game.
