With Destiny’s big April update set to release tomorrow, Bungie has decided to compile all of the details regarding the major new features set to be included with a fresh preview trailer. The video touches on practically everything short of bugs and glitch fixes, as it provides a rundown on the title’s revamped Strikes, new bounties, and perhaps most significantly, the increase of the Light Level cap from 320 to 335....

343 Industries confirms the content arriving with the Hog Wild expansion for Halo 5, including new Warthogs and additional armor sets for the first-person shooter. Since the launch of Halo 5: Guardians, developer 343 Industries has been keeping busy with a range of free expansion DLC for the game. Fans of the first-person shooter have already had plenty of updates available for the title, including the Memories of Reach DLC that arrived at the beginning of May, bringing with it gear last seen in Halo: Reach....

Disney Infinity details the beginning of the end of online functionality for the toys-to-life franchise, and reveals that many gamers won’t even be able to play offline. After years of success, fans of the toy-to-life trend were shocked to learn that the Disney Infinity series would be ending abruptly. Disney Interactive has now gone on to officially announce when Disney Infinity online services will end, and that some gaming systems won’t have access to the game at all anymore....

Although Disney is hoping to reopen the Disney World and Disneyland theme parks as soon as possible, one analyst thinks that won’t be earlier than January of next year. With health precautions and concerns over the current pandemic, the belief is that Disney will be better off waiting until 2021 to reopen Disney World and Disneyland. The Disney parks have been shut down in late March. In a message to clients, UBS director of investment research John Hodulik, said he believes that both health and economic considerations will force companies like Disney to keep their theme parks closed until 2021 at the earliest....

Video game company Double Fine will reportedly not be publishing games any more, after having been acquired by Microsoft last year. The announcement made at E3 last year that Double Fine was due to join Xbox Game Studios left a question hanging regarding the fate of Double Fine’s publishing arm, Double Fine Presents. Now, however, it’s been pretty much confirmed that Double Fine Presents is in the process of winding down....
